Justin's team painted the exterior of our house over 4 workdays and did a great job. The entire team was very easy to work with and kept us informed of their progress each day. Everything spelled out in the contract (power washing, taping, sealing the base of our concrete slab, using the proper paint types for different surfaces, and even helping us reinstall some shutters) was accomplished exactly as promised with no problems at all. Thank you J Brown Painting!

Justin was very unprofessional and discourteous after I complained about the painting job.He said he was stressed and busy, and had another job to start the following day, they tried to rush this job in 2 days and made a mess of of it, it’s not my fault he overbooked his workers.I am very unhappy with this company and he doesn’t have the decency to call/text or come back to our home to see for himself why I am not happy.Follow up:Justin did call me (apparently, he had blocked my # due to a family trip and didn't want to be disturbed, which I think is admirable). However, Justin said they returned on 3 occasions. They did not return 3 times to correct this job. They worked the 3 days as per the contract and Lucas came once to correct. The walls after the correction are my issue with them and you can see from the pictures that they are not up to a company that say they pride themselves on their work.

Justin and his crew painted the exterior of my house recently. I was impressed with the meticulous prep work they did (stucco repair, facia repair, power washing, sanding some areas, taping etc.). Everyone was professional and very friendly, and they all took care to limit the impact on my cats and dog. I was especially grateful for that. They were also very careful with my plants. The paint job turned out amazing. My house looks so different and new now! Looking at it makes me happy. It was a big job and they did it in a timely manner. Overall just a great experience!

J. Brown did an excellent job painting my home. The crew was kind and professional, and they didn’t need my attention very much, so it was easy to work inside while the job was being done. The only complaint I would have is that some of my plants got damaged, not from paint, but seemingly from the weight of the plastic used to cover them. I don’t think they’re dead or anything, and I’m hoping a good pruning will bring them back to good health. Overall, this company is fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone!

After a re-stucco, needed eaves, fascia and siding painted. Found Justin on-line after calling for estimates from 2 other contractors, and haven't regretted it. First, he showed up and at the scheduled time for the estimate - something you'd think would be a given, but unfortunately wasn't true with the other prminantly advertised companies. Set a project start date and the crew was prompt, capable and professional. I'm a day sleeper, so their being relatively quiet (after the power washing) was an added bonus. Color matched our Andersen winows perfectly. No drips or splatters, all areas fully covered and clean up was thourough at job's end. Heartily recommended.

Justin was prompt and efficient in providing an estimate using photos and my measurements. The estimate was very competitive and Justin spent time to understand our expectations. The crew were prompt, respectful and prepared the area very well to avoid making a mess. The finished product was exceptional and they did not leave until I had a chance to fully inspect everything. I used Brad stoner in the past and it’s twice the cost for the same work but more hassle! Don’t be drawn in by the big companies, Justin and his team care very much about their work product and your happiness.
