Home Improvement Services You Need
Do you know why driveway, walkway and patio sealing are important? It’s because it helps protect these areas of your home from surface damage, corrosion, and staining. It also helps enhance their overall curb appeal too! The sealer forms an impermeable layer that prevents oil spills and other stains from passing. The sealant also protects your driveway, walkway, or patio from the sun’s harmful UV rays.
Our Sealing Process
For every driveway, walkway and patio sealing project we take on, we pressure wash the surface to remove anything that would prevent the sealer from properly adhering. This is a crucial step that often gets skipped by some contractors because of the time it takes for the surface to dry before you can seal it. However, power washing is vital to a lasting driveway, walkway, or patio sealing job, as the high pressure removes stubborn dirt, bird droppings, oil stains, and other contaminants that sweeping alone won’t.
We then sweep and vacuum any remaining debris. Finally, we apply at least 3 coats of a high-quality sealer such as Rust-Oleum RockSolid Concrete Sealer for enduring protection.

Justin did a great job quickly getting my rental property in excellent shape. He was responsive, very flexible in timing, and did a great job painting, staining a deck, and sealing a concrete courtyard. I will be using him again, and highly recommend him!

We hired Justin to seal our slate pavers. He recommended a “wet” look, and I have to say, I really like it! It just looks so slick! When I’m sweeping my walkways, my broom just glides over it! I’ve also noticed that water just beads up on it and never soaks in to my pavers! I guess it evaporates. Point is, my walkway is protected and looks great.

I found these guys to be very thorough. They powerwashed my driveway, then swept it, then used a shop vac for the debris caught in the grout, and only then did they start sealing my driveway. Their price for 3 coats was very reasonable.
